So You Want to be a Councillor?

50:50 NI and Stratagem are on a mission to get more women into elected politics. Last year we launched a training programme that aims to give women the skills, knowledge and experience to run for elected office.

We are delighted to offer a taster session at this year’s Imagine Festival, before the Local Government elections in May.

So, if you are interested in getting involved in politics, but perhaps don’t know where to start, or just want some ideas as to how you can start thinking about a campaign, join us on Friday 24 March at 10am in the Crescent Arts Centre for our workshop session.
