Community Engagement Plans
Stratagem works with clients using sophisticated techniques to develop plans which enable them to engage with communities in an effective way and to better understand the environment in which they are operating. This work deepens knowledge for the clients and enables them to refine their key decisions.
Stratagem takes time to acquire a feel for our clients' values and aspirations, which enables us to tailor an approach which is unique for each circumstance.
As a result of this work, for example, we have helped clients to win significant contracts where a unique social enterprise model has been devised through which to engage local communities creatively and innovatively.
