Allan Leonard is Director of the Northern Ireland Foundation, which is a private, charitable, independent organisation that operates to help address the legacy of conflict in Northern Ireland and to develop a future built through trust and working together.

Eileen Mullan

Eileen is an Independent Consultant who delivers governance and board development support to organisations across Northern Ireland. She has over 14 years' experience working within the community and voluntary and public sectors.

Eileen's broad spectrum of experience includes board development, governance, funding strategies, mergers, business and organisational development. Eileen has continued her own professional development by undertaking numerous programmes and courses and is a recent Common Purpose graduate.  In a voluntary capacity Eileen sits on the Board of the Ormeau Baths Gallery and the newly merged Age Concern Help the Aged Northern Ireland.

Eileen worked alongside Stratagem on an education project which resulted in a unique social enterprise model being devised through which to engage local communities.

Ruth Moore

Ruth Moore works with both the community and public sector clients in Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.

Ruth's practice is intuitive to issues of processes, engagement, participation and is experienced in matching needs to resources, developing a capacity building approach and developmental processes. As an experienced team leader, Ruth brings strategic insights and an informed solutions focus to planning and management contracts. Ruth works in a flexible and creative manner with co practitioners, partners and clients.

Ruth provides formal evaluation of Stratagem's work for the Atlantic Philanthropies Ageing Programme.

Ryan Gawn

Ryan is an independent consultant specialising in international public affairs and conflict resolution.

He has gained experience throughout the Americas, Asia and Europe with private sector consultancies, government, UN and INGOs, most recently as International External Relations Coordinator for Save the Children UK based in London.

He has worked with Stratagem since 1999, and has managed a wide variety of clients from telecoms, health, energy, pharmaceutical, public and voluntary sectors providing services.

Ryan speaks regularly in international fora on conflict and transitional justice, has advised on conflict resolution ( India and Afghanistan), and supported dialogue processes such as the Helsinki Iraq Project and Forum for Divided Cities.
