FRANCIE BROLLY MLA (SF)
A retired teacher, Francie Brolly is married to Ann who was once Mayor of Limavady and now sits on the council. His son Joe is a renowned GAA player and commentator. Francie was elected to Limavady Borough Council in 2001. He was a Sinn Féin Mayor of Limavady (2003 - 2004) and was the first Sinn Féin candidate to be elected to the Assembly from the Londonderry East constituency in 2003. Francie was then comfortably re-elected in 2007, polling second to Gregory Campbell MP MLA of the DUP in first preference votes. He is Party Spokesperson on the Irish Language. His interests include music, the Irish language and GAA. Brolly is a member of the Culture, Arts and Leisure Committee, the Committee on Standards and Privileges and the Committee on Procedures in the Assembly.

GREGORY CAMPBELL MP MLA (DUP)
Gregory Campbell was born on 15 February 1953 and was educated at Londonderry Technical College. He is married to Frances and has four children. He left the civil service in 1993 to start his own business. Gregory has been a councillor since 1977, and an MLA since 1998, topping the poll in each Assembly Election of 1998, 2003 and 2007. He served as Minister for Regional Development in the Assembly from July 2000 to November 2001. Gregory was returned as Member of Parliament for Londonderry East in the 2001 and 2005 General Elections. He has continually criticised the Fair Employment Commission (now the Equality Commission) for discriminating against Protestants, and was one of the founders of the loyalist-sponsored Anti-Discrimination Association set up in 1988. Gregory is DUP Party Spokesperson on Social Development and Chair of the Social Development Committee in the Assembly.

JOHN DALLAT MLA (SDLP)
John Dallat was born in 1952 and was educated at Coleraine Technical College and University College Galway. He is married with two sons and one daughter. He began his teaching career in Carndonagh Vocational School in North Donegal and is a former business studies lecturer at Coleraine Technical College. He was the first nationalist Mayor of Coleraine Borough Council in 2001. John has been an MLA since 1998, however his vote has steadily dropped over recent elections. He was elected on the eighth count in the 2007 Assembly Election. He is SDLP Chief Whip and Party Spokesperson on Regional Development. Dallat is a Deputy Speaker in the Assembly and a member of the Regional Development and Public Accounts Committee in the Assembly. |

DAVID McCLARTY MLA (UUP)
David McClarty was born in 1951 in Coleraine and educated at Coleraine Academical Institute and Magee College in Derry. He is married with two sons and is a former insurance consultant. First elected to Coleraine Council in 1989, he was Mayor between 1993 and 1995. He was elected as an MLA in 1998 and was UUP Deputy Whip in the 1998-2003 Assembly. David was re-elected to the Assembly in 2003 and 2007, despite a decline in first preference votes. McClarty is a member of the Employment and Learning Committee and the Committee on Procedures in the Assembly. |

ADRIAN MCQUILLAN MLA (DUP)
Adrian McQuillan, from Garvagh has represented the Bann Electoral Area on Coleraine Borough Council since 2001. He was the Unionist Candidate with the highest vote for this area in the last two elections. Adrian has been Chairman of a number of Committees on Coleraine Council as well as Coleraine District Policing Partnership. He also chaired the Leisure and Environment Committee as well as the Regional Museum for Coleraine. He is interested in community development and rural planning. A member of Community associations in Castlerock and Moneydig, Adrian is also a long time member of the Orange Order and Apprentice Boys. He is also a member of Kilrea and Garvagh Supporters Club of Coleraine Football Club. He was elected to the Assembly in 2007 as the DUP’s third MLA in the constituency. Adrian is a member of the Finance and Personnel Committee and the Committee on Procedures in the Assembly.

GEORGE ROBINSON MLA (DUP)
George Robinson was educated at Limavady Technical College and is a retired civil servant. He joined the DUP in 1983 and was elected to Limavady Borough Council in 1985. He has been Chair of many council committees including leisure, police liaison and economic development. He was elected Mayor of Limavady in June 2002. George stood in the 1998 Assembly Elections but was not elected as an MLA until 2003. He was comfortably re-elected in 2007, increasing his share of the vote. George is a member of the Regional Development Committee and the Assembly and Executive Review Committee in the Assembly.
