The Payroll Giving Gold Award 2008

Stratagem was presented with the Institute of Fundraising/ UK Government Payroll Giving Gold Award in 2008 in celebration of the organisation's decision to "foster a culture of philanthropy and committed giving in the workplace." A large proportion of Stratagem employees donate part of their income to charitable causes, which is matched by the company.
As a company which has a strong commitment to the community, this initiative forms part of a roster of activity undertaken by the company to give something back. The direct involvement of employees, donating in partnership with the business, reflects Stratagem's team approach to corporate social responsibility.
